Her residential experience includes major remodeling of kitchens, bathrooms and general living spaces. Currently, she is working with investors on the new construction of entire spec homes including site planning, exterior and interior design. Her design expertise includes architectural space planning, detailed cabinetry, color and material finish application and furnishing procurement/ placement.

Rebecca understands the difference between making a design statement for the owners who will be living in their home and for those investors building a spec home for flipping. The process may be similar but the end result can be quite different. Interior design is about creating a space that identifies with an individual or company. It typically makes a design statement. Homes built for investment purposes need to be well designed but with an broad appeal. Budgets are especially important to pay attention to in the spec home so that the investors gets an ROI. b
